The sustainability and expansion are closely linked; no matter how successful whether an initiative is, or what its impact, if it is not sustainable, it may not grow as anticipated.
Our role is to help our clients to establish a clear definition of sustainability for their digital projects. We collaborate with the parties involved to build this vision and to adjust them where necessary throughout the development of the project. This definition should include the period during which it is expected that the initiative is in operation and when it is considered that this should conclude, to be replaced or making a transition to a different approach. Some initiatives have an end point given, while others are of indefinite duration and is always kept that users find value in them. This could range from marketing activities until the adoption of a governmental entity, or a local non-governmental organization, or even the creation of an active community of users to provide support and maintenance of the software in case you have not opted for a solution in the Cloud.
