From the start, we establish coordination with other implementing organizations, civil society and government entities, with the aim of learning from both the successes and failures of previous in that environment, avoiding duplication of efforts and achieving smoother integration with the technical systems that already exist.
We ensure that the initiative is aligned with the policies, technological, legal, and regulatory force, and we also consider the policies that are in the process of development.
We encourage the participation of diverse actors throughout the life cycle of the project, including community members, donors, local and national governments, as well as other implementing organizations.
We keep a constant monitoring of changes in the environment throughout the life cycle of the project, and adjust the products, tools or initiatives as needed to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
